About the Role We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our group finance team and work directly with the CFO across our India and US entities. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-border finance, including tax, M&A;, and board reporting. Key Responsibilities Month-end closing and financial reporting for India and US entities Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA (15CA/15CB, FIRC), and ROC compliance Coordinating US tax filings and compliance with our US CPA firm Leading statutory and tax audits end to end Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience Strong grip on Indian direct and indirect tax compliance and audits Strong Excel skills and transparent communication Preferred Big 4 experience, particularly in statutory audit Exposure to US accounting, transfer pricing, or FEMA Why Join Us Cross-border work spanning tax, M&A;, and board reporting Work directly with the CFO Hybrid working in Jaipur
