Job Responsibilities:

- Develop new customers and business opportunities in industrial sectors.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Conduct customer visits and understand their product requirements.
- Promote Adhunik Udyog’s insulation products to steel plants, induction furnace industries, foundries, and other industrial customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Experience in industrial/B2B sales will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Candidates from Giridih only are eligible to apply.
