Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Loans

Location: Puen & CMC

Experience: 1–5 years in Home Loan / LAP / Banking / Housing Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.

Generate home loan leads through DSA, builders, brokers, connectors and direct sourcing.

Manage and develop relationships with channel partners.

Guide the sales team and monitor daily performance.

Handle customer meetings and ensure smooth conversion from login to disbursement.

Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for case processing.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and current business partners.

Track market competition, customer requirements and business opportunities.

Requirements:

Graduation preferred.

1+ years of relevant sales experience.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of the local market.

Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

Experience in Home Loan/LAP will be an advantage.
