What You Will Do
• Handle customer enquiries on call and WhatsApp
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable trips
• Share quotations and follow up with customers
• Coordinate hotels, vehicles, drivers and local partners
• Maintain customer and booking details in our CRM or Google Sheets
• Support customers before and during their trip
