- Manage day-to-day plant engineering and maintenance.
- Handle mechanical/electrical machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize plant downtime.
- Plan and supervise preventive maintenance.
- Monitor machinery performance and safety.
- Manage technicians/operators and allocate maintenance work.
- Maintain maintenance, breakdown and spare-parts records.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service engineers.
- Support production team in resolving technical issues.
- Ensure plant equipment is operated and maintained safely.
- Prepare regular maintenance and technical reports.
