Manage daily raw material, WIP & finished goods inventory.
Handle material inward, GRN, storage and material issue to production.
Maintain accurate stock records and ERP entries.
Manage finished goods and ensure proper identification/traceability.
Plan and execute customer dispatches as per schedules.
Prepare/verify Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, Packing List, PDIR/TC and other dispatch documents.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Accounts and Transporters.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain 5S in stores.
Ensure on-time and error-free dispatches.
