? Key Responsibilities

? Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Handle AP (invoice verification & payments)

* Manage AR including EMI tracking & collections

* Maintain ageing reports & reconcile balances

? GST & TDS Compliance

* File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C)

* ITC reconciliation & discrepancy resolution

* Manage TDS filings & reconciliations

? Banking & Reconciliations

* Bank reconciliation statements

* Reconcile debtors, creditors & loan accounts

* Identify & resolve mismatches

? NBFC Operations

* Loan disbursement & EMI accounting

* Interest income, fees & penal charges accounting

* NPA provisioning as per RBI norms





* Regulatory reporting support

? MIS & Reporting

* Prepare MIS, cash flow & dashboards

* Assist in variance analysis

✅ Key Skills

✔️ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Accounting

✔️ Expertise in reconciliations

✔️ Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel

✔️ Solid analytical & problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred Profile

* 2+ years in Finance & Accounts

* Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services or Inter CA / Inter CMA

* Exposure to loan lifecycle, GST, TDS & audits
