Position: Full-Time Foreign Language Trainer – Japanese & German

Location: Keystone School of Engineering, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct full-time training sessions in Japanese and German for undergraduate students.
- Plan and deliver structured language programs from beginner to advanced levels.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Train students in speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Prepare students for relevant Japanese/German language proficiency and certification examinations.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, mock examinations, and track student progress.
- Develop students’ communication skills and cultural awareness relevant to international opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell to align language training with industry and placement requirements.
- Organize language activities such as conversation practice, presentations, role plays,



and language clubs.
- Support students preparing for higher education, internships, employment, and international opportunities.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and regular progress reports.
- Stay updated with contemporary language-teaching methodologies and examination patterns.
- Preferred QualificationsMaster’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Japanese, German, Linguistics, Foreign Languages, Education, or a relevant field.
- Relevant JLPT certification (Japanese) and/or CEFR/Goethe certification (German) will be preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching Japanese/German at college/university or skilled training institutes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, classroom-management, and mentoring skills.
- Candidates with industry/international exposure will be an added advantage.
