Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the position are as follows, but are not limited to:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual CAPEX sales targets in line with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts and business deals in accordance with company policies and approved commercial terms.
- Develop strong product and solution knowledge and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with Technical, Finance, Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects and client commitments.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, proposals, and client interactions, and submit periodic performance reports to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory standards throughout the sales process.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums to build professional relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on prospective opportunities to ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time in the interest of the organization.
