Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily dispatch & logistics operations
- Verify invoices, DC, E-way Bills & LR
- Ensure accurate packing, labeling & quantity checks
- Coordinate with warehouse, production & transport teams
- Track deliveries and resolve dispatch issues
- Maintain PODs, stock movement & dispatch records
- Monitor loading and ensure safety compliance
- Control freight costs and improve logistics efficiency
- Lead, train & manage the dispatch team
- Support stock reconciliation and monthly audits
