This Job Is Basically For The Post Of Insurance Consultants/Retail Partner. Responsibilities Of The Candidates Are Given Below: 1.Oversee The Sales Process. 2.Cold Calling For Fresh Recruitment. 3.Recruit New Candidates. 5.Taking Interviews. 6.Process Documentation. 7.Selling The Policies From Team Members. 8.Leading A Team Of Consultants. 9.Evaluating Team Performance. 10.Customer Handling. There Will Be An Assignment During The Training Period. Approach 6(Six) Number Of Policy In 6(Six) Different Person Or 3lakh RNB Submission. Recruit 4(Four) Employee Eg. IC/IRP/DRP/RP/Agent. Basically It's A Distribution Channel With Unlimited Incentives And Career Chance. Hindi Is Mandatory
