RFID Engineer / RFID Implementation Engineer: RFID Engineer to support the implementation, installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of RFID-based asset tracking solutions. The candidate will work with RFID readers, antennas, RFID tags, handheld scanners, and asset management systems.

Field Deployment: Coordinate physical installations, network integrations, and calibration of RFID readers, antennas, and IoT sensor nodes at sites.

Tagging Strategy: Evaluate product lines to establish the best active/passive tagging layout, factoring in material types and packaging constraints.

Systems Integration: Collaborate with software engineering and IT teams to pipe data smoothly into the central Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP platform.





Testing & Optimization: Run site surveys, map out signal interference, and fine-tune antenna frequencies to eliminate dead zones and ensure maximum read accuracy.

Operational Training: Train field supervisors and dispatch staff on new automated workflows, writing easy diagnostic manuals for day-to-day hardware maintenance.

Required Candidate Profile:

Core Skills: Solid troubleshooting knowledge of RF principles, hardware assembly, serial communication interfaces, and warehouse tracking tools.
