Job Overview
Appexigo is hiring Backend Operations Executives to support day-to-day operational activities in our Background Verification (BGV) processes. This role is suitable for freshers who prefer backend / non-voice work, involving data handling, documentation, and process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform backend operations related to background verification cases
- Update and maintain case data, trackers, and internal systems
- Verify documents and information as per defined SOPs
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality checks
- Coordinate internally with quality and operations teams
- Track case progress and support timely closure within TAT
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate data
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and email communication
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Process-oriented and disciplined work approach
- Willingness to learn backend operations in a corporate environment
- Salary Package₹11K–₹15K In-hand
