Role PurposeTo ensure smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of all restaurant electrical systems and food service equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring protected operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of restaurant equipment and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, refrigeration units, beverage machines, air conditioners, and water systems.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and rectify potential equipment failures.
- Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with safety standards.
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and equipment servicing.
- Support restaurant teams in equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor utility consumption and report abnormalities.
