Job Summary:

The Pharmacist will be responsible for managing billing operations, maintaining inventory records, processing sales orders, and ensuring accurate stock management. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Documentation

•

Generate and manage customer invoices in the billing system.

•

Ensure accurate application of prices, taxes, and discounts.

•

Coordinate with the sales team to verify order details before billing.

•

Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

•

Monitor daily stock levels and update inventory records.

•

Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock receipt, issuance, and adjustments.

•

Perform periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy.

•

Report low-stock and fast-moving items to management.

3. Sales Order Processing

•

Receive, review,



and process sales orders from customers and sales teams.

•

Check product availability and communicate delivery timelines.

•

Prepare delivery challans and coordinate dispatch activities.

•

Track order status until final delivery.

4. Coordination & Reporting

•

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts departments for smooth operations.

•

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to billing, sales, and stock.

•

Handle customer queries related to billing and order status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

•

0–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or inventory management (preferably in retail, trading, or healthcare).

•

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other billing/inventory software.

•

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

•

Good communication and coordination skills.

•

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Experience in a dental, medical, or retail supply industry.

•

Knowledge of GST billing & basic accounting principles.

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience and skills).
