Position: HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and joining formalities.

2. Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction and personnel records.

3. Maintain attendance, leave and employee data through HRMS/GreytHR.

4. Prepare payroll inputs, salary-related data and coordinate with Accounts.

5. Handle PF, ESIC and other statutory HR compliances.

6. Prepare and maintain HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and exit documents.

7. Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and day-to-day HR queries.

8. Coordinate probation reviews, performance management and employee engagement activities.

9. Handle full and final settlement, resignation, notice period and exit formalities.

Implement HR policies and ensure employees follow company rules and procedures.

11. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

12. Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.

13. Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and other HR requirements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

2. 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.

3. Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, HRMS and basic labour compliance.

4. Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

5. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.

6. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
