Chef – Senior Chef / Support Chef

Mypreneur is looking for skilled and passionate culinary professionals to support our kitchen operations, recipe development, practical sessions, demonstrations, and food-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute dishes as per recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Assist with recipe development, testing, standardization, and presentation.
- Support practical cooking sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and events.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen practices.
- Manage ingredients, stock, FIFO, wastage, and basic inventory.
- Assist with recipe documentation, SOPs, food trials, and menu development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Work closely with trainers and the culinary team.

Senior Chef

- Lead kitchen activities and oversee daily culinary operations.
- Develop and standardize recipes and SOPs.
- Conduct recipe trials and support menu/product development.
- Guide and train support chefs and junior team members.
- Assist with food costing,



portion control, inventory, and wastage management.

Support Chef

- Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen activities.
- Support the Senior Chef during practical sessions, trials, demonstrations, and events.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, hygiene standards, and kitchen processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with stock and ingredient handling.

Requirements

- Relevant culinary/kitchen experience.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Food safety and hygiene awareness.
- Positive teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Culinary qualification or practical experience preferred.

Experience & Salary

- Senior Chef: 1–3 years | ₹20,000–₹35,000/month
- Support Chef: 6 months–1 year | ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

Final role and compensation will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
