✅ Core Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lesson Planning: Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons covering vocabulary, grammar, and writing techniques.
- Literacy Instruction: Teach reading comprehension and guide students in analysing poetry, prose, and media reports.
- Student Assessment: Grade essays, quizzes, and assignments while providing constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive setting that encourages active participation.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor attendance, maintain accurate records, and communicate academic performance to parents and administrators.

✅ Key Requirements and Skills:

- Qualifications: B.Ed. is Mandatory, preferred B.A./M.A. in English, Political Science or History
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written command of the English language.
- Adaptability: Patience and the ability to tailor teaching methods for diverse learning paces and skill levels.
- Tech Literacy: Comfort using digital tools, e-learning platforms, and educational software.
