Job Description: Executive Assistant (EA) to Director
Location: Aerospace Plant, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Executive Assistant to the
Director to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will act
as a trusted partner to the Director, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications,
meetings, travel, and business priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and business priorities.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications on behalf of the Director.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and business
correspondence.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, expense management, and logistics.
Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of key business deliverables.
Support leadership meetings, reviews, board visits, customer visits, and management
events.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive communications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, Production, and
Project Management.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, data analysis, and executive summaries for decision-
making.
Manage documentation, record keeping, and filing systems with high accuracy.
Facilitate visitor management and protocol arrangements for senior stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience:
5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive
Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Experience supporting CXO/Director-level executives preferred.
Desired Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Professional demeanor and executive presence.
Experience preparing presentations, reports, and management dashboards.
