About the Role Shubham Solar Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Udaipur.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers and generate business opportunities.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calls, leads, references, and other channels.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their solar energy requirements.
- Explain company products and solar solutions to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Identify recent market opportunities and potential customers in the assigned area.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated about the company's solar products, services, and offerings.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Fresher to 6 months / relevant sales experience preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM/ ZOHO tools will be an advantage.
