- MIS Executive / Client CoordinationJob ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle and maintain data in MS Excel and prepare professional reports.
- Use Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic data analysis.
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collect, update, verify, and maintain accurate company/client data.
- Coordinate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Make professional calls to clients for follow-ups, requirements, updates, and coordination.
- Draft and send qualified emails to clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the concerned department.
- Follow up with clients regarding manpower requirements, joining, attendance, replacement, and other operational matters.
- Prepare and share required reports with management and clients.
- Maintain proper records of calls, emails, client requirements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with HR, operations, recruitment, and management teams.




- Ensure reports and data are submitted accurately and on time.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic to good knowledge of Power BI.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of email drafting and professional communication.
- Comfortable with client calling and follow-ups.
- Ability to understand and handle client requirements.
- Good data management and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- QualificationGraduate in any stream.
- Freshers with good Excel and communication skills can apply.
- Experience in MIS, HR, operations, or client coordination will be preferred.
