Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician

Key Responsibilities

A. Press Brake Operation

B. Stainless Steel / Low-Thickness Sheet Metal

C. Drawing & Technical Knowledge

D. Design Concept & Manufacturing Improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Production target achievement.

· First-pass yield.

· Bend dimensional accuracy.

· Rejection and rework percentage.

· Machine utilization.

· Setup/changeover time.

· Tooling damage prevention.

· Material wastage reduction.

· Recent product trial success.

· Number of improvement/Kaizen suggestions.

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Sheet Metal / Fabrication or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant experience in Press Brake operation and sheet metal fabrication.

Experience in low-thickness SS sheet metal and OEM

component manufacturing will be highly preferred.
