About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our customer base. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating new leads, developing business relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit electrical dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and project companies.
- Generate new B2B leads through field visits, references, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate Quick Sense products and solutions to potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, samples, and pending orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, dispatch,



and operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Attend customer meetings and provide product information and technical assistance when required.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in field sales/B2B sales, preferably in electrical, electronics, automation, hardware, or related industries.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
