Loan Recovery Telecaller – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

- Customers ko pending EMI/loan payment ke liye calling karna.
- Customer se PTP (Promise to Pay) lena aur timely follow-up karna.
- Payment status aur customer remarks ko MIS/CRM mein update karna.
- Unpaid/overdue customers ka regular follow-up karna.
- Customer queries aur payment issues ko professionally handle karna.
- Daily calling, PTP aur collection report maintain karna.
- Assigned targets aur portfolio ko timely complete karna.
- Team Leader/Supervisor ko daily work status report karna.
