About the RoleWe are looking for a specialist chef who is highly skilled in either Biryani or Chole Bhature and can consistently deliver authentic taste and quality in a commercial hospitality environment.

This role is suited for someone who has mastered their speciality and takes pride in consistency, flavour, presentation, and kitchen execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and consistently deliver high-quality Biryani or Chole Bhature.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and presentation.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain quality standards.
- Manage daily preparation, mise en place, and production for the speciality.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
- Control wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service periods.




- Help standardize recipes and preparation methods where required.
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations.
- RequirementsProven skilled experience specializing in Biryani OR Chole Bhature.
- Strong understanding of ingredients, spices, preparation techniques, and flavour profiles.
- Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, resort, cloud kitchen, or similar commercial kitchen.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality while handling volume.
- Good kitchen discipline and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service.
- A passion for the speciality and attention to detail.
