Job PurposeThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to increase patient awareness, lead generation, patient footfall, and revenue for the IVF Centre. The role involves building referral networks, managing marketing activities, coordinating with doctors and internal teams, and strengthening the centre’s presence in the target market.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for IVF and fertility services.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans based on centre requirements and business objectives.
- Identify current market opportunities, target areas, and potential patient segments.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and local healthcare activities.
2. Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels, including digital, offline, camps, corporate tie-ups, and referral networks.
- Coordinate with the counselling/front-office team for timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, patient footfall, and revenue generated.
- Develop strategies to improve patient acquisition and conversion.
3. Doctor & Referral Network
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Gynaecologists, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and expand referral networks for IVF and fertility patients.
- Coordinate doctor meetings, awareness programmes, CME activities, and professional engagement initiatives.
- Identify potential referral partners and maintain regular communication with them.
4. IVF Camps & Community Outreach
- Plan and execute IVF awareness camps, fertility screening camps, and community outreach programmes.
- Identify suitable locations, doctors, partners, and target audiences for camps.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional activities,
patient registration, and post-camp follow-up.
- Ensure proper tracking of leads generated through each camp.
5. Digital & Offline Marketing
- Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media, Google campaigns, website promotions, and online lead-generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team/agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Plan offline marketing activities such as banners, pamphlets, outdoor branding, events, health camps, and local promotions.
- Ensure all marketing communication is professional and aligned with healthcare guidelines and company policies.
6. Business Development & Tie-Ups
- Identify and develop corporate, institutional, diagnostic, hospital, and local business tie-ups.
- Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships to increase patient referrals.
- Support the management in developing new business opportunities and market expansion.
7. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Centre Head, IVF doctors, counsellors, front office, telecallers, and operations teams.
- Ensure proper communication of marketing leads and campaign information to relevant departments.
- Guide and monitor marketing executives, field executives, and business development teams where applicable.
8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Track key metrics such as:
- Leads generated
- Patient enquiries
- Doctor referrals
- Patient footfall
- Consultations
- IVF bookings/conversions
- Revenue generated
- Camp-wise leads and conversions
- Marketing expenditure and ROI
- Present performance reports and action plans to management.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of monthly lead-generation targets.
- Increase in patient enquiries and centre footfall.
- Growth in doctor/referral network.
- Number and quality of IVF patient conversions.
- Revenue generated through marketing and referral activities.
- Successful execution of IVF camps and awareness programmes.
- Development of new corporate/doctor/hospital tie-ups.
- Marketing ROI and cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Timely submission of marketing reports.

- Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, IVF, fertility, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical marketing/business development.
- Experience in IVF/fertility marketing and doctor referral networks will be an advantage.
- Working RequirementsWillingness to travel locally for doctor meetings, camps, corporate visits, and business-development activities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Maintain qualified conduct and confidentiality while dealing with patients, doctors, and business partners.
