Manage complete day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Manage and motivate the outlet team and ensure proper staff discipline.

Ensure customer service, product quality and presentation as per company standards.

Monitor stock, wastage, expiry and daily inventory.

Ensure proper display and availability of all products.

Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

Monitor cash, billing, online orders and daily closing reports.

Coordinate with the factory/kitchen for product requirements and replenishment.

Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.

Follow all company SOPs, checklists and reporting systems.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.

Analyse daily sales and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the outlet.
