? Hiring: Team Leader – Wallet Business ?

# Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15+ BDEs and Team Leaders.

Drive merchant acquisition through QR and Sound Box deployments.

Conduct merchant revisits and ensure active merchant engagement.

Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and target achievement.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.

Maintain field discipline, reporting, and process compliance.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

# Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Wallet/Fintech industry (PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.).

Experience in handling field sales teams and merchant acquisition.

Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

# Mandatory Joining Requirement

✅ Candidate must onboard with 5 active Sales Partners (SPs) at the time of joining.
