JOB TITLE: Sales & Marketing Executive - Property Valuation Services.

Location: Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Nadia, Medinipur (Purba & Paschim), Burdwan (Purba & Paschim).

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are looking for a smart Sales & Marketing Executive to bring Bank Home Loan Valuation, Flat / Land / Building Valuation works from Banks, Builders, DSA, and Direct Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Visit Bank branches for valuation panel work

- Generate leads for - Flat Valuation, Land Valuation, Plant & Machinery Valuation, Quotation Vetting, Civil Cost Estimate, Area Statement, Renovation Certificate

2. Marketing:

- Promote valuation services on WhatsApp, Facebook, Google

- Distribute brochures to bank branches and builder offices

- Follow up with existing clients for repeat business

3. Sales & Coordination:





- Attend client calls, explain our service charges

- Collect property documents from banks / customers (Deed, Plan, Tax receipt, etc.)

- Coordinate with Valuer Sir for site visit schedule

- Collect fees and submit daily sales report

Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

- Experience: 0-2 Years in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance / Civil Engineering field will be preferred (Fresher can also apply)

- Good knowledge of Google Map

- Good communication in Bengali, Hindi, English

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Word

Salary & Perks:

- Salary: Rs.8,000 - Rs.15,000 + Incentive per valuation (Rs.200 to 1500 per file)
