We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace accounts, mainly Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for daily account management, product listings, sales, inventory, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, inventory, and account health.
- Track sales, product performance, and marketplace reports.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and offers to support sales growth.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, customer support, and internal teams.
- Identify account issues and take timely action to resolve them.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart account management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads/PPC and Flipkart Ads.
- Good knowledge of Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in product listing, keyword research, and marketplace operations.
- Positive understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and ad optimization.

Education: Any Graduate with relevant e-commerce experience preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
