We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.

•⁠ ⁠Provide accurate information about products, prices, offers, and promotions.

•⁠ ⁠Recommend suitable products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic POS operations.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain attractive and organized product displays and store cleanliness.

•⁠ ⁠Check product availability and replenish stock when required.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with receiving, arranging, and labeling merchandise.

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.

•⁠ ⁠Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain knowledge of current products, offers, and company policies.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with team members and store management to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements





•⁠ ⁠Minimum 10th/12th pass; relevant retail experience is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Customer-focused and positive attitude.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and smartphones/computers.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
