Houzee is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Telecalling, Marketing and Support roles.
- Source and attract candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna and other job portals.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate the complete offer and joining process, including offer roll-outs and joining formalities.
- Manage and support employee onboarding for new joiners.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely closures.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions against agreed hiring requirements.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in Sales Team hiring is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, LinkedIn,



Apna and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
