Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency.

Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians and workers to perform routine and emergency repairs on equipment and machinery.

Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs and machine performance.

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance (PM) program to avoid unplanned downtime.

Monitor and assess machinery performance, scheduling inspections and maintenance as required.

Utilize predictive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging) to foresee potential failures and address them proactively.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex machinery failures, guiding technicians in identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.

Oversee the repair, replacement, or adjustment of machinery components, including motors, pumps, conveyors,



and other mechanical systems.

Equipment and Parts Inventory Management:

Manage and maintain the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring critical components are readily available.
