• The candidate should be Civil Eng. BE/B Tech with minimum of 3+ years of experience in any large project sites, preferable working on any Construction site. • Exposure and Knowledge of Project Planning & Monitoring. • Working Knowledge in Project Valuation on Monthly basis & Project Cost Analysis. • Should have handled monthly RA bill preparation for project. • Should have sound knowledge of AutoCAD • Valuable Written & Communication Skills – English, Marathi & Hindi. • Should communicate properly with Consultant and Vendors. • Honest, Positive and Learning Attitude. • Assertive, Go-Getter & Critical Thinker
