Job Description: We are looking for Polki Back-Packing / Setting Labour to join our jewellery manufacturing unit.
The candidate will be responsible for back-packing, setting and finishing of Polki/Kundan jewellery pieces as per the required design and quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPolki back-packing and setting work
- Setting Polki, Kundan and other stones in jewellery
- Ensuring proper fitting, alignment and finishing of stones
- Handling jewellery pieces carefully during the setting process
- Checking finished pieces for defects and quality
- Completing assigned production work within timelines
- Maintaining cleanliness and discipline at the workplace
Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in Polki / Kundan jewellery setting or back-packing preferred
- Good hand skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work carefully with small jewellery components
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing will be an advantage
- Responsible and punctual
- Willing to work as part of a production team
Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
