Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager

About the Role

Nexsahay Startup Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Development Executives / Business Development Managers who are passionate about sales and looking to grow with the company.

This is a pure incentive-based sales role with unlimited earning potential based on individual performance. Candidates will receive qualified leads directly from the company, so there is no requirement to generate leads independently.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with provided leads, understand their requirements, explain our services clearly, follow up with prospects, and convert qualified leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Explain company products and services in a clear, professional, and convincing manner.

• Build trust and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

• Follow up consistently with interested leads until successful closure.

• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.

• Achieve individual sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.

• Maintain a sales-oriented and result-focused approach.

Eligibility & Requirements





• Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Loan Sales OR Freshers are welcome.

• Higher qualification.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and telecalling.

• Good exposure/knowledge of loans.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

• Comfortable working in a target-based environment.

• Good knowledge of:

o Startup Loans

o Government Funding Loans

o Business Loans

o MSME Loans
