We are an established wholesale business with 4 years of proven operations, now expanding into direct-to-consumer e-commerce. This is a high-ownership role where you will build and scale our entire online sales function. What you will do

- Set up and manage our presence across e-commerce platforms — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own D2C website
- Own the full product listing lifecycle — catalog creation, content, images, pricing, and SEO optimization
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace ads) to drive traffic and conversions
- Manage order fulfillment, inventory sync, returns, and courier partner coordination end-to-end
- Track key metrics (GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, return rate) and report weekly insights to leadership
- Manage customer reviews, ratings, and seller account health across all platforms
- Identify seasonal opportunities, run sale events,



and build promotional calendars (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Sale, etc.)

Must have

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience — marketplace management, D2C, or both
- Proven track record of running seller accounts on Amazon India and/or Flipkart with measurable GMV growth
- Solid command over catalog management, keyword research, and listing optimization
- Experience with performance marketing — Meta Ads and/or Google Shopping campaigns
- Comfort with data — Excel/Sheets, analytics dashboards, and platform seller panels
- Self-starter mindset — able to work independently and drive results with minimal hand-holding

Good to have

- Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories
- Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce for D2C website operations
- Working knowledge of Meesho, Myntra, or Nykaa platforms
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and e-commerce compliance in India
