- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, accounts and operations teams for timely execution.
- Follow up with clients for documents, payments and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM.




- Assist in generating and converting business leads.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned client work.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and recent clients.
- Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance timelines.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their assignments.
- Desired SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of corporate, legal, GST or compliance services is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work with CRM and digital platforms.
