Role OverviewWe are hiring a highly responsible and performance-driven Accountant who can independently manage complete company accounts with accuracy, discipline, and ownership.
This is not just a data entry role — we are looking for someone who understands business finance, controls, and compliance deeply.
- Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain and supervise complete Books of Accounts
- Record and verify all Debit & Credit transactions
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Strong follow-up on Outstanding payments (Credit & Debit)
- Handle Bank transactions, Cash deposits & withdrawals
- Perform accurate Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Maintain proper Stock & Inventory accounting
- Process and manage Payroll
- Handle complete GST filing & statutory compliance
- Prepare P&L;,
Balance Sheet & MIS reports
- Maintain financial discipline and reporting accuracy
- Operate efficiently in ERP / CRM systems
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:
- Has minimum 3 years of solid accounting experience
- Has strong knowledge of GST, Tally, ERP / CRM systems
- Understands banking, compliance & financial reporting
- Is confident in managing accounts independently
- Is disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Is dedicated and ready to grow long-term with the company
- Thinks like a finance controller, not just an operator
- QualificationB.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
- Compensation & Growth₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + per month (Based on skill & experience)
- Performance-based Annual Bonus – Up to 100%
