*Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 In-hand + ₹3,000 Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000*

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Source and recruit / Pickers / Packers / Loaders for Swiggy Instamart dark stores/hubs.

2. Conduct field visits, local hiring drives, and walk-in interviews.

3. Onboarding of candidates and creating their ID on portal.

4. Maintain database of candidates and daily hiring reports.

5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

*Requirements:*

- Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass, Any Graduate can apply

- Experience:



Min 6 months in Field Sales / Field Recruitment / Blue-collar / Gig Hiring preferred. Freshers with target-driven mindset can also apply.

- Must have a bike with valid driving license.

- Knowledge of local area and local language is mandatory.

- Age: 18-35 Years

- Comfortable for complete field job.
