HR & Recruitment Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Executive with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff recruitment and candidate sourcing

• Candidate screening, interviews and joining

• Employee attendance and leave management

• Maintaining employee records

• Staff coordination and discipline

• Monitoring employee performance

• Preparing daily/weekly HR reports

• Handling recruitment requirements and replacements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR/Recruitment experience

• Positive communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge

• Ability to handle staff and recruitment independently

• Responsible and result-oriented approach

Location: Kalli Paschim, Lucknow

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000
