Description – Area Sales In charge (Everest Spices)Key Responsibilities:

l Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

l Manage and develop distributor & channel partner network.

l Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement across retail & wholesale markets.

l Handle primary & secondary sales, distributor stock and claims.

l Conduct regular market visits to track competition and market trends.

l Build robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.

l Execute sales strategies, promotional schemes, and route planning effectively.

l Train and mentor sales representatives/DSRs.
