We are looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Radhe Car Rental.
Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls from customers regarding car rental inquiries.
- Explain available cars, rental packages, pricing, and booking details.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer information and booking details.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pickup, drop-off, and rental requirements.
- Respond to customer queries professionally on calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi and Gujarati speaking preferred.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Basic WhatsApp and mobile knowledge.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
