Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive & Business Development to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving online visibility, and supporting business growth.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Meta Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Create and manage engaging content for websites and social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement, reach, and growth.
- Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.




- Work with the sales and business development teams to generate and nurture leads.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Required SkillsGood understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Capture and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, and Stories).
- Design basic creative’s using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Research travel trends, destinations, and social media content ideas.
- To develop creative campaigns and promotional content.

- 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
