We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Material Management Executive to manage the complete flow of fabrics and materials—from inward receipt to production, finished goods, invoicing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Fabric Management

- Manage inward and outward movement of fabrics, trims, accessories and other raw materials.
- Maintain accurate records of fabric received, issued for production and balance stock.
- Track fabric consumption against each style/design/order.
- Maintain piece-wise and batch-wise material records wherever required.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Track stock movements through barcode/ERP systems.
- Identify shortages, excess stock and discrepancies and report them promptly.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging and organization of materials.

3. Production & Material Tracking

- Issue materials to production against approved requirements.
- Track material usage and wastage.
- Maintain records of materials allocated to each style/order.




- Coordinate with production to track work-in-progress and finished pieces.

4. Dispatch & Order Management

- Prepare and verify finished goods for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for dispatch schedules.
- Ensure correct quantity, SKU/style, size and packing before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and update inventory after every dispatch.

5. Invoicing & Documentation

- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans and other required documents.
- Verify invoice details against orders and dispatch quantities.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase documents, GRNs and dispatch documents.

6. ERP / System Management

- Maintain all inventory and material transactions accurately in the ERP.
- Generate inventory and stock reports as required.
- Key SkillsStrong inventory and stock management skills
- Positive knowledge of fabrics and apparel materials
- Experience with ERP/inventory management software preferred
- Ability to maintain systematic documentation
