Position: Counter Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentive

Location: Near Railway Station

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are hiring an Offline Sales Executive to manage in-store / counter sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, promoting products, closing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Handling

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly

• Assist customers in product selection and upselling

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales

Billing & Order Processing

• Prepare bills and invoices accurately

• Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain billing records

• Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery

Store Management

• Maintain cleanliness and proper product display





• Ensure stock availability and inform the team about low inventory

• Arrange merchandise attractively to improve sales

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with customers

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely

• Collect feedback to improve service quality

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily sales reports

• Update management about customer preferences and market trends

• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team

Required Skills &Qualifications;:

• 1–2 years of experience in counter sales / retail sales / showroom sales

• Valuable communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused attitude

• Basic knowledge of billing software or POS systems is a plus

• Ability to stand for long hours and handle walk-in customers

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
