Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote and sell ICICI Lombard Accident Insurance Policies. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining policy benefits, and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote and sell ICICI Lombard Accident Insurance Policies to prospective customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, eligibility, and coverage details clearly to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful policy sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular reporting of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and policy processing.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure professional and ethical conduct while representing the company.

Salary & BenefitsDuring the Initial 3 Months:

- Fixed Salary:



₹12,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹15,000+ Incentives.

After 3 Months:

- Salary revision will be based on individual performance, sales achievement, and overall performance.
- Performance-based growth opportunities will be provided to deserving candidates.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers and candidates with relevant field sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field activities.
