Job Description:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

Generate new leads and convert enquiries into customers.

Handle residential, commercial, and industrial solar project sales.

Meet customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable solar solutions.

Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site visits and project execution.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until order confirmation.

Develop relationships with existing and potential customers.

Monitor competitors and market trends.





Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar/renewable energy industry.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-handling and team-management skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Knowledge of solar products and basic technical concepts is preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives (can be changed based on experience).
