Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder / Fabricator who specializes in the event industry. You will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing temporary and permanent steel/iron structures for grand events, stages, stalls, and custom sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate and weld metal frames, trusses, stage props, stall structures, and display rigs according to design specifications.
- Execute clean Arc/MIG welding and metal cutting with precision and safety.
- Assemble structures in office before events and handle quick dismantling post-event.
- Ensure structural safety and stability of high-load event setups.
- Work closely with stage designers, production teams, and site supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of welding experience, specifically in events, stage production, or exhibition booth fabrication.
- Proficiency in Arc, MIG welding, cutting torch, and grinder operations.
- Ability to work under tight event deadlines and flexible production hours (including overnight on-site setups when required).
- Strong understanding of safety standards for temporary event structures.
