Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Surat, Gujarat

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Promote and sell pumps, water & wastewater treatment equipment, dosing systems, pneumatic products, and related engineering solutions.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and follow up for approvals and order finalization.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams for technical support and order execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Track project opportunities, tenders, and upcoming requirements in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and maintain CRM records.
- RequirementsDiploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or related Engineering.




- Minimum 1 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales.
- Experience in pumps, water treatment, wastewater, process equipment, valves, or industrial products will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of industrial projects, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-user industries.
- Experience in handling techno-commercial discussions and tender business.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
